Makapuu Light House

Aloha everyone, this week I like to introduce Makapuu Light house

 Difficulty: ★☆☆☆☆ 

Distance: a short hike 

Duration: 30-60 minutes  

Makapuu Light house is very popular hiking for those who are visitors. For me, it just like walking and go the way to reach the top. Note: there has a gate and it opens at 7AM, which allows cars to enter. 

We went there in November 2016, and we spent about 25-45 to reach the top.

Those are the views from the top. Note: As I know there has another way to see the view from the top, you may go your left when you on the top. 

In addition, we found a private curving walkway that leads us to close to the Light house. But there has a gate, so we could not enter!!

 

There are some giant Makapu's tide pools and blowhole, but we did not go there!! The reason why was one of my friend could not take a risk 😞😞😞  It seem a little dangerous because you need to climb down by rocks 

Location: I think it is not far from binocle and it is close to the top.
